Gallery Rental
Locals is not only an art gallery but also a unique event space in the downtown village of Sewanee. Our craftsman style interior provides a comfortable, open setting with wood floors and exposed brick walls that feature a rotating set of artwork by local artists.
- Locals offers 1,800 square feet of flexible event and meeting space for up to 150 guests. Our gallery manager is also on site for each event to help as needed.
- Our in-house bar area includes fridge, ice maker, sink, wine cooler, and dishwasher. Barware and plates also available.
- Entertainment amenities include stereo sound system, wireless internet, projector and 8-foot pull-down screen, as well as our lovely wood-burning fireplace.
- In-house leather lounge chairs and bar stools can be placed as you see fit, with vendor recommendations available for catering, bar tending, and rental tables.
- Locals also features separate men's and women's restrooms, and a loading dock. The gallery is wheelchair accessible as well.
